- Liaise with vendors and customer with regards to collection and delivery
- Taking jobs into task list. (Local, import, export shipment)
- Matching of receipts to job for job closure
- Ensure job closed within stipulated timing for prompt billing purposes
- Monitor and control the process of job completion
- Update of daily delivery such as POD to customer
- Raise cheque for DO fee / GST payment
- Import / Export permit declaration will be an advantage
- Actively respond to customer enquiry
- Perform any other task as and when assigned by the superior
Requirements
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Logistics related studies
- At least 2 years of working experience in similar field
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- Lively, energetic individual with a friendly disposition
