- Assist in advising clients on the administration of Human Resources Government Grants / Initiatives, Policies and Procedures
- Assist in serving as internal consultants by analyzing the Company’s current HR Programs
- Assist in recommending and implementing solutions and assisting clients to identify, select and recruit staff for their vacancies
- Assist in developing assigned market segments
- Assist in supporting clients in developing proper job descriptions
- Assist in matching candidates to appropriate jobs
- Assist in facilitating and finalizing agreements between candidate and employer
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
Job Requirement
- Diploma in any Human Resource related discipline
- Basic knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Training is provided
