Job Description
- Attend to enquiries and process customer order
- Prepare shipping documents
- Coordinate with operations team on delivery
schedule
- Prepare billing to customers
- Arrange booking and custom clearance
- Declare permits
- Notify changes in vessel details or delay in
arrival date to shipper via phone or email
- Ensure all cargoes send in good condition and
if any damage shall revert to customer immediately
- Verify vendor’s invoice and close files
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate
Diploma in Logistics or Business-related studies
- At least 1 year of working experience in
related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Customer
Support, Administrative, Logistic Coordination
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal
skills
