Job Description

Job Scope:


The Project Coordinator will coordinate and manage a variety of projects within the Company, prioritized by business need. The Project Coordinator is responsible to identify and achieve project objectives, responsible for research, analysis, planning, resource allocation, solution identification, communication and the implementation of new policies and procedures. He/she will also provide project and administrative support for the Company, coordinate responses to questions related to sales activities, so as to provide the highest level of customer service. Review reports and follow-up on correspondence.



Job Description:

·        Prepare quotation, job schedule, project documentation, sales requisite form and goods receipt

·        To oversee all sales support and customer’s job site requirements

·        Manage sales activities which include reviewing bids, monitoring schedules

·        Source, liaise with suppliers

·        Process purchase orders and quotations

·        Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers and external stakeholders on project implementation

·        Point of reference by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation, and information

·        Ensure prompt booking & adequacy of (outsourced, if applicable) equipment, labor, or material

·        Monitor the outsourced team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements

·        Respond to customer queries and provide after-sales support

·        Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports

·        Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

·        Ensure adherence to Laws and Policies

·        Provides analytical analysis for assigned projects. Understand statistical sampling, trending, statistical process control, correlation, and financial analysis

Job Requirement:

·        Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or relevant field

·        At least 1-year experience in Logistics/Transportation is preferred

·        Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties

·        Excellent organizational and coordination skills

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office
