- Responsible for administrative, secretarial duties, calendar management for HR Manager
- Manage regular meetings to facilitate / prepare agenda / gather meeting materials, minutes taking and send out pre-reading
- Coordinating and rolling out employee engagement, collate findings, and implement follow up measures
- Talent Management – assist in coordinating learning and development and collate performance reviews data
- Prepare and compile various reports like operational and business reports including data analysis.
- Provide clear and accurate translation between English and Mandarin for key conversations, meetings, online chat exchanges between stakeholders
- Manage emails including checking incoming/outgoing emails and following up as necessary
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings

- At least 1 years of experience in related field
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and social skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Follows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
- Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results
