Job Description
- Attend,
resolve and report all operational issues of automobiles
- Oversee
daily operation and ensure smooth operation
- Identify
area for improvement and recommend suggestion if necessary
- Prepare
quotation and negotiate with the customer
- Manage
and maintain proper filing and data records
- Ensure
compliance to current Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Coordinate
with customers and the workshop
- Maintain
good rapport with customers to provide technical support
- Perform
ad-hoc duties as assigned by Managers.
Requirements
- Academic
qualification: Minimum Diploma
- Experience
in Automobile
- Knowledge
in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to
liaise with Chinese customers
- Possess
good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability
to work independently and under pressure in a fast moving environment
- Able to
work on Alternate Saturdays
