Job Description
- Undertake
a variety of HR Operations and Administrative duties
- Serve
as main point of contact in answering any HR related queries
- Perform
data compilation, updating of employee records and ensuring accuracy in HR
systems(InfoTech)
- Assist
HR Manager in full HR spectrum, including staff recruitment, Training
Administration etc.
- Provide
training support and coordination to internal staff
- Monitor
Online Application for WP/SP/EP holders issues (application, renewal,
cancellation, security bonds)
- Monitor
the recruiting activities including preparation of job description and coordinating
interviews
- Liaise
with MOM for latest update
- Monitor
Job Portal credits
- Coordinate
and conduct staff meeting
- Prepare
appointment letters for new staff, track & process confirmation
letters
- Maintain/Update
HR database and ensure that employee records/files are updated, meeting
legal/compliance and audit requirements
- Raise
purchase requests/invoices for the Human Resources Department
- Comply
with professional and quality standards, exercise discretion in matters of
confidentiality, comply with corporate policies and procedures, and act in a
manner and ethical standards
- Other
HR operations/activities to be assigned by Manager, as the job scope may
evolve according to the business needs
Requirements
- Minimum
3-4 years’ experience in operationalizing projects, including developing,
implementing and coordinating
- Degree
in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent
- Well
versed in MOM Law and Regulation
- CEI
Certification compulsory
- Meticulous
and process-oriented
- Analytical
and resourceful
- Proactive
and able to work independently and lead a team
- Proficient
in MS office
- Good
communications
