Job Description
· Work on human resource programs
and projects
· Conduct research through
various methods (data collection, surveys etc.)
· Formulate strategic and
practical plans to address human resource matters
· Assist/lead in the development
and integration of policies & processes
· Develop and implement suitable
HR Methodology
· Diagnose and analyze gaps to
help establish business methods in line with HR practices
· Review systems and processes
and make modifications and address issues
· Refurbish knowledge of
advancements in the field and present new ideas
Requirements
Job Requirement
· Proven track record; preferably
on HR related projects
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration related studies
· In-depth knowledge of HR
principles, functions, methods, and best practices
· Good understanding of research
methods and analysis
· Computer savvy with working
knowledge of human resource IT is an added advantage.
· Ability to strategize and
formulate business plans.
· Analytical mindset with
problem-solving abilities
· Strategic thinkers and
problem-solvers with excellent communication skills.
