- Handle full spectrum of Human Resources function (Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Work Pass Applications)
- Act as point of contact for all HR related queries
- Responsible
for the HR functions with key focus on Payroll, employee relations, salary and
benefits administration and performance management across the organization
- Perform
On boarding formalities and designing joining kits and handle end to end
induction, documentation of a new hire
- Assisting
Head HR in the development and revision of HR Policies and Procedure
- Manage Attendance and Leave records of
employees.
- Resolve Employees queries related to Payroll and
compensation independently.
- Responsible for handling all employee
records/files of all official & confidential documentation
Job Requirement
- Minimum 1-3 years experience
- Singaporean/SPR only
