A Singapore leading brand for leasing and distribution of Industrial Vehicles. Headquartered in Singapore and operating in Malaysia and Vietnam.
Job Description:
- Leading AR team by setting objectives that align with the accounting department’s goals
- Monitoring processing of invoices and receipting
- Ensuring timely collection of payments
- Oversee the entire process of collecting payments
- Managing invoices, handling missed payments and supervising AR team
- Conduct credit checks
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting reports
- Organize records of invoices, bills and deposits
- Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the law
- Support team members on a daily basis
- Ensure all team members follow the accounting principles
- Stay updated on industry and legislative changes
- Review audit schedules
- Prepare audit pack
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required from time to time
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Accountancy or relevant field
- Min. 2 yrs experience in managing AR Team.
- Must have at least 3-5 yrs experience in AR Function
- Proficient in advanced Excel formulae
- Strong analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
