Job Description

Our Client:A Singapore leading brand for Industrial Vehicles. Headquartered in Singapore and operating in Malaysia and Vietnam.


  • Manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth handling of customers.
  • Ensure vehicles are in good condition before deliver to customers for Open Rental.
  • Inspection of returned vehicles and make assessment of damages for Close Rental Assessment.
  • Be the main person to manage all assigned customer feedback/ complaints in relation to vehicle conditions and repairs.
  • Resolve professionally all matters relating to vehicle, accident, breakdown issues with customers.
  • Manages the operation and maintenance of the organization's motor vehicles.
  • Oversee LTA compliance and reporting as it relates to the fleet.
  • Develops and implements vehicle and equipment preventative maintenance programs
  • Manages fleet management budgets by negotiation of repair pricing with authorized workshop
  • Develops and maintains outside vendor and service provider relationships.
  • Manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
  • Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
  • Give input into developing budget.
  • Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
  • Performs ad HOC duties as assigned by Supervisors.

Requirements :
  • Academic qualification: ITE or Diploma in logistics
  • Candidate MUST have prior experience in managing passenger car fleet and control the inventory & drivers for at least 1-2 yrs
  • Candidate must have at least 5 years of working experience in transportation field
  • Analytical and systematic to explore solutions and analyse feasibility of plans
  • Confident and tactful in handling senior workers
  • Customer eccentric mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Min driving license: Class 3 . Prefer candidates with class 4
