Job Description
· Administrative duties such as data entry, filing, billing and verification of documents
· Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
· Liaise with customers and workshop to follow up with vehicle condition and documents
· Attend to customer queries
· Assist and ensure smooth operation
· Other admin duties as instructed by Supervisor
Requirements
· Academic qualification: O level (min) to Diploma
· Knowledge in Microsoft word and excel
· Able to liaise with Chinese customers
· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast moving environment
· Able to work on Alternate Saturday
